At Sueño, we take pride in crafting products that blend elegance, function, and meaning. Each piece is made with care to accompany you through your everyday moments. However, if your order arrives damaged or you’re not fully satisfied, we’re here to make it right.
Return Period
All items are eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags intact. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
Please note that custom-engraved items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Initiating a Return

Once your return is approved, you’ll receive a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your item.
Items returned without prior approval cannot be accepted or refunded.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us immediately at admin@thesueno.com with your order details and photos of the issue. In such cases, returns are free of charge.
